A new petition is urging the Government to waive tax bill for Britons excluded from COVID-19 support.

According to the government's own statistics, 1.6million people have received nothing since March 2020.  

Published on Parliament’s official website, the petition reads: “The government have seemed unwilling to resist the criteria of the SEISS

This new petition urges the government to waive the upcoming tax bill for individuals who have been excluded from SEISS. 

The deadline for those who have a 19/20 a tax bill falls on January 31, 2021, at midnight.
